Watched this movie yesterday. Wow, I am so impressed by the Airplane disaster scene. It was a one-shot scene, following Nicholas Cage as he went into the crash spot to rescue survivors. What we get to see was lots of explosions and a lot of victims burning. It feel so up-close and personnel, giving me the feeling like I am just behind Nicholas Cage.
Sadly, the ending was kind of disappointing with a bad twist. Well, I like the computer graphics especially the part about the 'SUN' destroying....
This movie prompt me to think about the end of the world. While we have been constantly focusing on saving our world's environment, could there be some other unknown catastrophes waiting to take place and annihilate all living things in the world?
Can Human save the world? Do we have the best insurance for our future? I seriously doubt we are on the right track.
Then, when the time comes... Who do you wish to stay by your side? In fact, this question itself can be difficult to answer.
